Hey everyone, welcome back to my vehicles blog. I have always wanted to get myself a Bugatti, but I think that will have to wait until I can buy a phone. Or maybe not, depending on the new approved used car scheme from Bugatti. Everyone likes a bargain and that includes supercar buyers, so the move makes sense. Secondhand cars in the marketplace are at an all time high and many other manufacturers are applying similar plans. They will sell the best pre-owned cars on the market, and it claims that being Bugatti Certified will not only maintain but increase the value of these iconic automobiles. There were two cars at the Retromobile show in Paris, a Veyron 16.4 Super Sport and a Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse. Both cars were used.

What is a Bugatti Certified Pre-owned?

This certified pre-owned scheme launched in 2014 and includes a decent amount of features. These include a full service, any outstanding technical updates being completed, an extended guarantee, main dealer road testing and access to Bugatti Flying Doctors 24/7 aftercare support. A buyer of one of these second hand automobiles will also get the Molsheim experience, which is a trip to the factory in France. Why would Bugatti be showing off used cars? Could it have anything to do with the successor to the Veyron, the Bugatti Chiron, quickly approaching on the horizon? The Chiron is set to be released some time this year with the capability of going 0-186 miles per hour in only 13.6 seconds, so I would assume many Veyron owners may be looking for at trade in value right now. I know I am, but a Pontiac Sunfire ain’t worth much.
